Rotary Club of Raton

President Jose Archuleta is doing a wonderful job with the Rotary Club of Raton.  The club sponsored two students to RYLA this year and they had a great time.  The Rotary Club of Raton is so busy with many projects that are giving back to their community such as Phonics phones, helping with the Boys and Girls Scouts, Blood drive, a Rotary sign and Raton High School school supplies just to mention a few.  I truly enjoyed my visit and keep up the good work!!

Rotary Club of Ft. Stockton

What a fun club!  The Rotary Club of Ft. Stockton began my visit with  a reception that was attended by all the members and their families.  We had such a great time.  I was honored to have presented  Janet Groth with her Paul Harris Fellowship during the reception!  This is a very active club!!  They sent two youngsters to RYLA and provided funding for another club to send an additional two youngsters.  WAY TO GO!   President Terry Whigham gave me a personal tour of the Auxilary Memorial Garden project the club has worked hard to finish.  It is so beautiful and serves the community so well.  Thank you Ft. Stockton for a job well done and continue to stay focused!

Thank you President Giles Carter for a wonderful visit!!  You are doing a great job this year moving your club forward.  Keep up the great work!  The Rotary Club of Northeast El Paso sent four youngsters to RYLA this year!  They just held their annual golf tournament that raised over $8500 that will be used to fund various projects throughout the year.  The club also holds a car raffle and the proceeds go to the foundation. The club participated in GSE last year.  I know this club will have a fantastic year!
