What a great way to start a club visit with the induction of two new members. President Dorothy Saltzman did a wonderful job and has this club "rocking and rolling." They have plans to do many wonderful projects this coming year. This club is full of excitment!! A special "thank you" to President Dorothy Saltzman who set up a day of golf with fellow Rotarians at Pinon Hills Golf Course, even though she beat me!

Float Entry with Interact and Rotaract Youth
We were invited to the Rotary Club of West El Paso's 4th of July parade! Wow! What an event! The festivities began with a dinner on Sunday night with members and guests of the West El Paso Club. We had a great time and wonderful Rotary fellowship. The parade pre-show begins very early -- we were able to preview some of the floats and parade entries. We estimated that at least 15,000 people enjoyed the parade. We finished the day with a luncheon with Rotarians from several clubs. AG Jesse Allen and others created a beautiful float with this year's Rotary theme.
